HOW DO WE WORK?
DESIGN AND PLANNING
We will assess your property and design a system that’s tailored to your requirements. The engineer will also explain the process of the install, timescales and inform the customer of any other relevant information. If you have any questions feel free to ask. Remember, our visit is FREE!
SUPPLY, INSTALL AND SETUP
Once the quote is accepted, we will then proceed to install and commission the system entirely. If needed, we will also configure the system onto your smart phone and/or tablet. Soon after you will receive a SCC (System Completion Certificate). The SCC can be useful to reduce the insurance costs.
AFTER SALES SUPPORT
We’re not done yet. After our handshake, should you need us we will be one phone call away. The customer will also have their own Client Portal login should they need to place callouts for an engineer visit (if you need us). No recurring Charges and No Hidden costs.
