The first step is the design. System design is very crucial because at this stage we will need to assess your property, check the areas that needs covering and then we will suggest the type on system / cameras suitable for your property. Many people would think that any camera would do, that’s not the case at all. Things that we need consider when installing a camera is; How much light is there when night falls, will the sun shine directly onto the camera which will then blind the camera, is the camera lens wide enough to cover all blind spots around the property, is the camera housing appropriate according to the crime in the area (in another words will the camera be tough enough if anyone attempts to temper with it).

Replace of equipment can be costly but we can prevent this by maintaining the system regularly. If you already have a system in place or if the system has been installed by us, for an additional minor cost we will maintain your system twice a year.

Maintenance includes internal and external cleaning of your recorder, internal (if applicable) and external cleaning of each camera and test each individual camera for any faults or anomalies. All power supplies will also be tested.

By doing all of these checks and maintain the equipment we can prevent the system from becoming faulty.
